“Your future is full of opportunities and possibilities. It is yours to create, to enjoy or to suffer.”
For me, (in no particular order) this relates to Health, Fitness, Wealth, Knowledge, Romance and a Lifestyle THAT I WANT.
The things we do “today” are the ‘base plan’ of what will happen to us in the future ... Whether that is exercising (as I am about to do), eating, studying, reading, singing or whatever it may be.
Doing something only ONE TIME will not make you great in what you did: writing one time, running one time, cooking one time, singing one time, eating healthy or unhealthy food etc etc ~ you won’t instantly become a professional writer or athlete or chef or super singer or healthy or fat (it works both ways), but with your persistence and continuous actions, that WILL help get you to where and to what you want to be; whether in your Health & Fitness, your English abilities or your singing ability etc.
And with that said, I am starting my day exercising, as that is my Goal and where I want to and WILL be ~
