You can do this Chair yoga while you are sitting on the chair even at office. great for shoulder pain,back Pain and stress relief. it can mix with some Facial Yoga poses .

Chair yoga is, of course, yoga done in a chair!
You can even do it while sitting at your desk during work♪♪

During this lesson we will adjust your pelvis alignment and relieve/prevent shoulder and back pain. 
Simple facial yoga exercises that can also be done at the office will be added in.

(Of course, you can also reserve this lesson if you want 40 full minutes of chair yoga)
