A guided meditation for better sleep

Do you have trouble sleeping?
You find it difficult to fall asleep and you keep waking up many times at night?
You wake up feeling tired and you feel exhausted at the end of the day?

These problems could be a result of an unhealthy lifestyle: irregular sleeping pattern, going to bed at a different time every night, skipping sleep, etc., but most likely stress.

This lesson is designed to help you fix the root of the problem. It is a guided meditation for better sleep. 

Ideally, you would be prepared for bed and let me call you on Skype after you have gone to bed. You can use headphones or speakers. If you like, you can keep your video off and you should turn off the light. You will be listening to my voice and by the end of the lesson you should already be asleep. I'd wish you a good night and end the call. However, if you do not wish to be in your bed, we can do the meditation and after we finish you may go to bed.

This meditation is a great way and has proven to relax and get rid of stress. Why not give it a try?
