Shape the muscles of your whole body and get super quick results with this one-hour extreme workout class (adjustable for any fitness level)

In this session we will be doing: a set of cardio, a set of strength and a set of resistance training exercises (with dumb bells), followed by a nice combination of yoga and qi gong stretches to cool down.

This combination is wonderful if you want to get noticable results quickly.
